Cartwright Counseling, LLC is a growing group private practice in Noblesville, Indiana, serving, children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Hamilton County and the greater Indianapolis area. We are currently hiring licensed mental health therapists in Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) to join our team. We also welcome associate-level clinicians.

Position Details

Title: Licensed or Associate Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent; associates and pending license applications considered)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Noblesville, IN (in-person and telehealth options available)

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care
Option to specialize in areas such as trauma recovery, EMDR, adolescent, child and/or couples.

Qualifications

Active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) — or associate-level license (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA), or pending application
Experience with adolescents, adults, couples, or families preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients grow
