At Cartwright Counseling, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible. Our rates reflect the specialized training and expertise of our therapists.

Insurance
We are in-network with several insurance providers. Please contact your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits before your first appointment. We recommend asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still have out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. While it is not possible for a therapist to know in advance how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this notice is to inform you of your right to receive an estimate of the cost of services.
